Essential Bookkeeping
Typically $300–$500 per month
Designed for businesses that want their books kept accurate, current, and dependable month after month.
A good fit if you:
- Run a solo business or very small team
- Use one or two bank or credit card accounts
- Want reliable bookkeeping without added complexity
Expanded Bookkeeping
Typically $450–$750 per month
Built for businesses whose bookkeeping requires more coordination due to higher activity, multiple accounts, or additional payment platforms.
A good fit if you:
- Use multiple bank, credit card, or payment accounts
- Have busier monthly activity that takes more attention
- Accept payments through more than one platform
Enhanced Bookkeeping
Typically $750–$1,200+ per month
Appropriate for businesses that benefit from closer review, greater involvement, and more regular discussion of their financial information.
A good fit if you:
- Have multiple revenue streams, projects, or inventory
- Want more regular review of reports—not just delivery
- Rely on your numbers to guide business decisions
These tiers are intended as general guidelines. The right level of support is determined during a discovery call based on your specific needs.

Monthly bookkeeping focuses on keeping your books accurate, current, and well organized going forward.
Work related to past periods, significant cleanup, or one-time projects is quoted separately so expectations stay clear and fair for everyone.
If your bookkeeping needs change over time, your level of support can be adjusted so it continues to match your business.
Bookkeeping services do not replace the role of your CPA or tax preparer, but I’m happy to coordinate with them as needed.
